Refund policy


You can return the product within 7 Days. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Whilst we maintain the strictest quality, if there is a product defect for which we are responsible then we can take the item back and provide you with a new one within two weeks time.(Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.)

The procedure for return is as follows:

  1. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@blckorchid.in within 7 days of receiving the item.
  2. Once your request for return is confirmed by our customer care executives,
    they will provide you with a return address and you can ship the item back to our warehouse. 
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected (new, unused, unworn, unaltered or unwashed) we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  4. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.
